Improvements to the lobby included new doors and upgrades to both lighting and finishes. Much of the 14,000-SF project focused on the lower level/ basement, where there is a conference area, small café, servery, and fitness room with locker/bathrooms.
We improved the lower level’s spatial flow by removing a firewall – an opportunity determined through extensive code research. Now, one enters directly off the lobby into the expanded café lounge.
Within six months of our re-design, the building was fully leased, a record for the landlord and leasing agent.
