The challenge for this strip center in Morris Plains, NJ was to create a fresh architectural feel to revitalize the venue and attract both tenants and customers.

This “downtown” style allows each retailer to have its own branded facade. Through the use of rich color and exterior finishes, we were able to create a warm environment for an enjoyable retail experience.
