Gruskin Group, the Springfield-based architecture and design firm, has earned 29 design awards – the most of any entrant – from the New Jersey Advertising Club.

Awards include 16 first place, seven second place, and Best of Newspaper.

“We are honored to be recognized by our peers; these awards celebrate our depth of experience and the passion we have for working in the advertising and marketing communications segments of our business,” noted Jeff Barcan, Director of Creative Services, during the 52nd Annual Jersey Awards on November 11.

Gruskin Creative, the in-house creative shop at Gruskin Group, garnered awards in categories ranging from poster design to video, vehicle wrap, photography, newspaper advertising and pro-bono.  First place awards include work for the Lake George Arts Project, Kean University’s Let’s Charrette annual design competition, One Universe Energy, and Nest Easy. The ceremony occurred as a livestreamed, virtual event.

“It is exciting for our talented design teams’ work to be recognized across such diverse categories,” said Kenneth Gruskin, Principal of Gruskin Group.

“Whether it is a branding, environmental graphics, web, video or architecture project, as an integrated architecture and design firm, we approach design challenges by utilizing a spectrum of disciplines.”
